Gaining organic certification is not a simple process. First, the cosmetics must contain a minimum percentage of natural ingredients – of which 95 percent must be organic; they must also be produced using a natural process. All the Natrue product lines follow special criteria for gaining organic certification, dependent upon for what purpose the product is to be used. For example, the criteria for an organic bath gel differ from that for an organic body cream.

But the Natrue line isn’t just about natural ingredients – we’re concerned about our packaging too. By limiting the actual amount of packaging and utilizing recycled materials in their production, we also try to reduce the environmental impact of our products.

Prima Spremitura BIO meets the strict requirements of ORGANIC COSMETIC certification:

Prima Spremitura Bio is the first line of certified-organic cosmetics to use Organic Extra-Virgin Olive Oil from Tuscany (“Toscano IGP”), having gained authorization from the Italian Minister of Agriculture to transform the oil from a food product into a cosmetic.

Active ingredients

Organic Extra-virgin Olive Oil exclusively from Tuscany (“TOSCANO IGP”) This extraordinary oil, rich in mineral salts, and soothing, anti-inflammatory properties, has been recognized by international scientists and in dermatological studies as our skin’s Number One Ally thanks to the richness of beneficial substances such as oleuropein (an antioxidant and cell renewal regulator), oleocanthan (with soothing properites), phytosterols (nourishing and "Bioactive" action), squalane (protective and moisturizing), polyphenols (antioxidant and antiradical action) and tocopherol (moisturizing, soothing and anti-inflammatory). Containing only polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats, it is easily absorbed by the body; this oil also nourishes the skin in a way that stimulates collagen production, maintaining natural elasticity and softness, and leaving your skin with a healthy glow. It is high in fat-soluble vitamins - natural anti-oxidants - that protect the cell membranes.

Organic Sesame oil Detoxifying, refreshing, purifying, harmonizing, and soothing, this oil stimulates circulation, is particularly nourishing for the skin and is easily absorbed. Rich in natural antioxidants, minerals, and linoleic acid, it nourishes the skin without feeling heavy and offers protection against the sun’s harsh rays.

Organic Sunflower oil Extremely soothing for the skin thanks to its high content of linoleic acid and Vitamin F, which protects against damaging agents leaving skin smooth and silky.

Organic Avocado oil Widely used in cosmetics for its rich content of fatty acid, fat-soluble vitamins, and lecithin, which regenerates the skin with deeply nourishing, moisturizing and restorative properties. Highly recommended for very dry and mature skin.

Organic Almond Oil Its strong moisturizing action, ability to improve elasticity, and antioxidizing effects have been long known; together with Extra-virgin olive oil, almond oil is recognized as one of the first natural cosmetics. Highly recommended to fight aging; rich in oleic and linoleic acids, phytosterols, phospholipids and Vitamin A. Deeply nourishes and hydrates the skin; it is recommended particularly for sensitive, dry, and reddened skin.

Hyaluronic Acid Thanks to its unique molecular structure, the naturally-occurring substance attracts and retains water keeping the skin soft and hydrated. As a natural antioxidant, it combats free radicals, slowing premature aging. Recommended for dehydrated and mature skin.

Organic Aloe Vera Largely used for its purifying, soothing, and toning effects, Aloe Vera contains important nutritional elements for our bodies: vitamins, minerals, amino acids and polysaccharides.

Organic Shea butter Much in the way Olive Oil has been used in the Mediterranean, Shea butter has long been used as a natural cosmetic ingredient in Africa. Its regenerating, moisturizing and protective qualities lend softness and elasticity to the skin, effectively combatting the appearance of fine lines.
